- This standard stipulates the use of continuous penetration method to prepare a calibration gas mixture. The volume concentration of the target component of the mixture is between 10-9 and 10-5, with an accuracy of up to 2% (in practice, the concentration can also be expressed in μg/m3 1) It is difficult to maintain a stable state with a mixture of the above concentration, so it should be used immediately after preparation and moved to the point of use via the shortest path.
