- This document specifies the types, basic parameters, requirements, inspection conditions, inspection methods, markings and packaging of knife-edge rulers, triangular rulers and square-edged rulers (collectively referred to as "knife-edge rulers"). This document applies to knife-edge rulers whose measuring face length L is less than or equal to 500 mm.
