- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural forms and models, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, supply requirements and quality commitments of oxygen valves. This standard is applicable to products with working pressure not greater than 21MPa, nominal size DN10 ~ DN1000 (NPS3/8 ~ NPS40), oxygen medium temperature -29 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, dew point not higher than -30 ℃, purity (volume fraction) greater than 23.5% Valves for oxygen (including globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and check valves, hereinafter referred to as valves).
