- This standard stipulates that this standard is applicable to the evaluation of the operational safety status of urban rail transit systems that adopt dedicated rail-guided operations and have been officially put into operation for one year or more. (Each independent urban rail transit operating line (including extension lines and branch lines) begins its passenger trial operation. Lines operating for less than 10 years should undergo an operational safety evaluation every 5 to 8 years; lines operating for more than 10 years An operational safety assessment should be conducted every 3 to 5 years).
