This document replaces T00/CWEA 2-2017 "Guidelines for Water Conservancy Engineering Quality Management Group Activities". Compared with T00/CWEA 2-2017, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main changes are as follows:
——Changed the subject type;
——Added requirements for the implementation of mandatory standards;
——Added necessary conditions for reporting results;
——Clarified the requirements for the results evaluation stage;
——Changed the name of the activity program, and the target feasibility analysis in the activity program was changed to target feasibility Demonstration;
——Changed the schematic diagram of the basic principles of QC group activities, problem-solving project activity procedures, and innovative project activity procedures;
——Changed the list of commonly used statistical methods for QC group activities, QC group activity results report, and redesigned QC group activities Evaluation form.
