Scope

This standard specifies the procedures and methods for signal network testing and maintenance, together with CNS 13713 [Level 2 functional description of the message forwarding department of the No. 7 signaling system] and CNS 13714 [Level 3 functional description of the message forwarding department of the No. 7 signaling system]. The prescribed method will achieve the performance requirements of CNS 1374.
