This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods and other performance and structural requirements for household gas instantaneous water heaters with special requirements for preheating functions. This standard applies to household gas instantaneous water heaters (hereinafter referred to as "water heaters") with special requirements for heat load not exceeding 70kW with preheating function. This standard does not apply to gas volumetric water heaters.
