Scope

This standard applies to pipe fittings (hereinafter referred to as pipe fittings) used in general piping (1) for steam, water, oil, gas and air with lower pressures installed by butt welding. Note (1): Use piping specified in CNS 6445 [Carbon Steel Pipes for Piping] and CNS 6447 [Carbon Steel Pipes for Piping].
