Scope

This standard specifies the composition, treatment and disposal methods of tail gas in the dilute nitric acid production process. This standard is applicable to the treatment and disposal of nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide in the tail gas generated in the production process by ammonia selective catalytic reduction method used by dilute nitric acid production enterprises.
