Scope

This standard applies to emergency interrupting devices installed by public utility users using pipelines to supply natural gas (hereinafter referred to as gas) as fuel to ensure their safety, including the control of receiving signals from natural gas leak alarms and interrupting signals output from other signal planes. There are two units including a device and a shut-off valve that can automatically cut off the gas flow after receiving this output.
