- This standard specifies the test for testing the embrittlement temperature of plastics by impact method. Note 1: The units in {} in this standard are metric, and the values are approximate. Remarks 2: This test method is a general method. If the test method of the quality standard applicable to the product is different from this standard, its provisions must be followed. Remarks 3: This test method is based on applying specified impact to a single beam specimen placed in a test tank at a certain temperature.
