- This standard defines the first layer characteristics of the interface between user networks at the S or T reference point in the basic interface structure of CNS 13795 [Integrated Services Digital Network Users – Network Interface – Interface Structure and Access Capabilities]. The reference configuration of the interface is defined in CNS 13796 [Integrated Services Digital Network User and Network Interface Overview and Principles – Reference Configuration] and is reproduced in Figure 1.
