Scope

This standard is applicable to the manufacturing method of filler metal coating welding of coated electrodes and flux-coated welding wires and the sampling method of test pieces for chemical composition analysis. However, it is not applicable to hard-faced welding coated electrodes and flux-coated welding wires for the same purpose.
