Scope

1.1 This standard applies to emulsions applied to fresh and hardened concrete by brushing or spraying. 1.2 Emulsion agent is mainly used to join new and old concrete, such as: new and old concrete inner surfaces, floors, roads, bridge decks, ramps, runways, sidewalks and curbs, etc.
