Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for anions (fluoride ions, chloride ions, nitrite ions, bromide ions, phosphate ions, nitrate ions and sulfate ions) in ultrapure water. Note: This method is also applicable to the anion test method in highly purified water other than ultrapure water.
