- 1.1 This standard specifies the testing method when the radon content in drinking water is greater than 0.04Bq/L. 1.2 This standard can be used as a comparative measurement by calibrating the standard source of radium-226, or as a comparative measurement by comparing measurements with each other. 1.3 This standard does not apply to the description of all safety issues. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health operating procedures and to determine the applicability of regulatory limits before use.
