This document specifies the overall data requirements, data scope, data cleaning, data repair, data format, data transmission, communication protocol, data encoding, data processing and other related technical requirements for high-voltage data from distributed photovoltaic power stations to be connected to the photovoltaic power station data system. This document applies to newly built, renovated and expanded distributed photovoltaic power stations with nominal voltages of 10kV and above that are connected to the public grid.
