Analysis of Core Design Elements

4.2 Site Selection Specifications

For the first time, the requirement of 300-meter tap water supply radius is clarified, and the minimum distance from the source of danger is stipulated:

  • Subway line ≥100m
  • Gas station ≥400m
  • First-level oil depot ≥500m

5.8 Liquid Cooling System Requirements

Detailed three types of liquid cooling technical specifications:

Immersed liquid cooling must comply with the sealing requirements of YD/T 3979, and the boiling point of the coolant should be higher than 150℃; class=instrument>Cold plate liquid cooling According to the requirements of YD/T 3980, the leakage detection response time is ≤30 seconds; the spray system needs to be equipped with a double filtration device.

Establish a four-level energy efficiency evaluation model:

13.3 Continuous supervision mechanism

Requires the establishment of a three-dimensional monitoring system:

  • Real-time upload of energy consumption data to the municipal platform
  • Monthly release of equipment failure rate analysis report
  • Annual third-party energy efficiency audit
