Bus duct structure specifications

Copper content of copper busbar ≥99.9%, conductivity ≥97% IACS. Single section length ≤3m, aluminum alloy shell thickness ≥2.0mm, cold rolled steel plate ≥1.5mm. plug-in box must be equipped with anti-loosening device, and the temperature rise at the plug-in point ≤60K.

Electrical safety indicators

• Insulation resistance: ≥10MΩ (input/output to ground)
• Withstand voltage test: 1000V AC (60-300V system)
• Ground resistance: ≤0.1Ω

Test verification method

Voltage drop correction formula

Non-20℃ environment needs to be corrected according to the formula: ΔV_t=ΔV₂₀×[1+0.00393(t-20)], where the copper conductor temperature coefficient α=0.00393.

Reliability verification

MTBF≥100,000 hours, must pass the accelerated life test specified in the YD/T 282-2000 standard, including:
-40℃~70℃ temperature cycle
10Hz-55Hz mechanical vibration
93%RH constant humidity

Implementation suggestions

1. High altitude areas must be used with reduced capacity according to GB/T 3859.2
2. The plug-in box should preferably use a guide rail structure for easy maintenance
3. The lightning protection module should meet the second-level protection of YD/T 944-2007
