As the third part of the series of standards for "Electromagnetic compatibility requirements and measurement methods for vehicle network communication equipment", this document specifically proposes technical requirements for the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of vehicle Ethernet communication equipment. The standard applies to equipment such as vehicle gateways and domain controllers that include Ethernet ports, covering 12V/24V electrical system environments.
| Test Category | Frequency Range | Limit Requirements | Reference Standard |
|---|---|---|---|
| Radiated Disturbance | 0.15MHz-2.5GHz | Peak ≤66dBμV/m(0.15-0.3MHz) | GB/T 18655-2018 |
| Conducted Disturbance (Voltage Method) | 0.15MHz-108MHz | Average ≤50dBμV(0.5-1.8MHz) | GB/T 18655-2018 |
| Large Current Injection Immunity | 1MHz-400MHz | 60mA (90% frequency band) | GB/T 33014.4 |
Criterion A: The functions are fully normal during the test, and the packet loss rate meets the IEEE 802.3bw/bp requirements
Criterion B: Temporary performance degradation is allowed, and it recovers automatically after the test
Criterion C: Communication interruption is allowed without affecting driving safety
This standard proposes special EMC requirements for in-vehicle Ethernet devices for the first time. Compared with the traditional CAN/LIN bus:
