With the development of 5G and cloud network integration, the application of access OTN equipment at the edge of the metropolitan area has shown explosive growth. This standard specifies the unified management and control interface of plug-in access OTN and box access OTN equipment for the first time, marking a key breakthrough in the transformation of optical access networks from traditional network management mode to SDN controller architecture.

Key technology analysis

1. Automatic online mechanism

The standard requires that the device implements three-layer automatic addressing through the GCC2 overhead channel. The test case shows that: when the DCN network is abnormal, the Huawei OSN 1800V device can maintain control channel connectivity through preset static routes.

2. Lossless adjustment of services

  2. Exception handling: For the alarm storm scenario in Article 7.5.2, the maximum number of alarms per second should be configured to not exceed 100
  3. Security reinforcement: NETCONF sessions must enable TLS1.2 encryption, and password modification operations require secondary authentication
