Analysis of key performance indicators

1. Mechanical protection system

The core protection layer is composed of 304 stainless steel spiral steel pipe (thickness 0.10-0.50mm), and the aramid yarn reinforcement component is used:

  • Tensile force: long-term ≥200N, short-term ≥800N
  • Dynamic bending radius: ≥20 times the diameter of the optical cable
  • Anti-rat bite puncture force: ≥90N (GB/T 29199 test)

2. Fiber optic transmission characteristics

Implementation Suggestions for Typical Application Scenarios

Scenario 1: High-density cabling in data centers

Recommended GJFKH 96B1.3 model:

  • Use low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant sheath (in compliance with YD/T 1113)
  • Static bending radius optimized to 30mm
  • It is recommended to configure an independent sub-tube for every 48 cores

Scenario 2: 5G fronthaul radio remote

Applicable GJYFKH 2B6a2 model:

  • B6 fiber anti-bending performance (10D bending radius)
  • Works in a wide temperature range of -40℃~+60℃
  • It is recommended to use double-helix steel tube redundant design

Key points of quality control

  1. Material verification: Stainless steel strip must pass GB/T 20878 salt spray test
  2. Process control: Spiral wrapping pitch tolerance ≤±5%
  3. Test specification:
    • OTDR test sampling point spacing ≤1m
    • Tensile test held for 1 minute (GB/T 7424.21)
