The aim is to establish some rules for the conservation of tomato-derived products. Tomato-derived products include concentrated tomato juice (see UNI 8874), peeled tomatoes (see UNI 8875), paste tomatoes (see UNI 8876), chopped or tomato pulp, and tomato juices. Storage environment; stacking limits; handling and transport; vacuum packaging.
