Scope
This document stipulates the design specifications for solid oxide fuel cell single cell factories, including basic regulations, overall planning, technology, building structure, gas power, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and purification, water supply and drainage, and electrical design. This document is applicable to the engineering design of new construction, expansion or reconstruction of solid oxide fuel cell flat-plate single cell factories. The design of single cell factories with other structural forms can refer to this document.
