Scope
Green design products refer to products produced in accordance with the green management concept of the entire product life cycle, following the principles of minimizing energy and resource consumption, minimizing ecological and environmental impact, and maximizing renewable rates. They are an important part of the green manufacturing system. As the final output of green manufacturing, they are most closely integrated with consumers. Vigorously carrying out green design of industrial products is an important measure to achieve the transformation of economic growth mode and sustainable development, and is also an important part of accelerating the green development of my country's industry. Doubly fed asynchronous generators have the advantages of low cost and high reliability, and are one of the main types of large wind turbines currently developed in the wind power equipment market. Formulating the technical specifications for the evaluation of green design products of doubly fed asynchronous generators is conducive to promoting the green development of the doubly fed asynchronous generator production industry, driving production enterprises to produce and manufacture doubly fed asynchronous generators with higher greenness, and realizing the green development of wind turbines throughout the life cycle. In order to standardize the green design product evaluation specifications of doubly fed asynchronous generators, from the acquisition of raw materials of generators, product manufacturing, product use and end-of-life product treatment, this document is specially formulated. This document proposes green design product evaluation indicators for doubly fed asynchronous generators, aiming to play a leading and improving role in the green design level of doubly fed asynchronous generator products, and standardize and promote the construction of a green manufacturing system in this professional field.
