Scope: This document stipulates the basic requirements, work requirements, food safety accident handling, emergency management, supervision, evaluation and improvement requirements for school canteen food safety management. This document applies to the food safety management work of colleges and universities, ordinary high schools, secondary vocational schools, compulsory education schools, and kindergartens (hereinafter collectively referred to as schools) in Tongling City.
