Scope
This document stipulates the basic regulations for the access of distributed electrochemical energy storage systems to the distribution network under the construction of new power systems, access system conditions, primary access system design, secondary access system design and other design specifications. This document applies to the design specifications for new, renovated and expanded distributed electrochemical energy storage systems that are connected to the distribution network through voltage levels of 10kV and below.
