Scope
Basic regulations 3.0.1 The system consists of information collection unit, information processing unit, human-machine interaction unit, control unit, wireless communication unit, etc. 3.0.2 The information collection unit of the system should include climbing support device status sensor, climbing step change device status sensor, tower upper connection sensor, climbing sleeve connection sensor, hydraulic system handle action sensor, hydraulic system pressure sensor, wind speed sensor, amplitude sensor, rotation sensor, jacking height sensor, stiffness meter, etc. 3.0.3 The system structure mode is shown in Figure 3.0.3. Figure 3.0.3 Tower crane jacking safety monitoring system structure mode 3.0.4 The system's anti-group pulse interference level should not be lower than 2000V level, and can be used normally under the following conditions: 1 Ambient temperature -20℃~+60℃; 2 Relative humidity is not more than 95% (at 25℃); 3 Altitude below 2000 meters. 3.0.5 The system shall be powered by AC power and shall comply with the relevant provisions of Article 4.3.2 of the current national standard "Mechanical Electrical Safety Mechanical Electrical Equipment Part 32: Technical Conditions for Hoisting Machinery" GB/T5226.32-2017. 3.0.6 The protection level of the system shall comply with the following provisions: 1 The protection level of outdoor components shall not be lower than IP65 specified in GB/T4208-2017; 2 The protection level of indoor components shall not be lower than IP42 specified in GB/T4208-2017. 3.0.7 The system shall have a 4G/5G transmission module and support remote functions. 3.0.8 The system shall not execute operation control instructions from outside the system. 3.0.9 The system shall have a communication interface to connect with the tower crane safety monitoring system, and the communication protocol shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of this standard. 3.0.10 The system installation method shall not change the structure of the tower crane, the functions and performance of the original safety protection system and the electrical control system. 4 Functions and technical parameters 4.1 Identification function of jacking workers 4.1.1 The system shall have the function of identifying jacking workers, including information entry and identity comparison of qualified jacking workers. 4.1.2 The system shall restrict the use of jacking workers whose identities have not been identified. 4.1.3 The system shall display the personnel information after identity identification. 4.1.4 The identification time of personnel identity shall not exceed 2s/person. 4.1.5 The system shall store the information of no less than 100 jacking workers. 4.2 Safety briefing function of jacking operation 4.2.1 The system shall have the function of safety briefing of jacking operation. 4.2.2 The safety briefing of the system shall adopt voice broadcast or text reading. 4.3 Structural safety inspection function 4.3.1 The system shall have the function of structural safety inspection to check the tower structure, attached structure and foundation settlement. 4.3.2 The system shall inspect the structural safety status of the tower crane before and after jacking, and shall display the inspection results. 4.3.3 When the tower crane structure is in a dangerous state, the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm. 4.4 Climbing sleeve connection monitoring function 4.4.1 The system shall have a real-time monitoring function for the connection between the climbing sleeve and the lower support (or transition section and other parts required by the tower crane manual). 4.4.2 When the climbing sleeve is not connected to the lower support (or transition section and other parts required by the tower crane manual), the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm. 4.4.3 The monitoring response time for the change of the climbing sleeve connection status shall not exceed 1s. 4.5 Upper tower connection monitoring function 4.5.1 The system shall have a real-time monitoring function for the connection between the upper tower and the lower support (or transition section and other parts required by the tower crane manual). 4.5.2 When the connection between the upper tower and the lower support (or transition section and other parts required by the tower crane manual) is abnormally disconnected, the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm. 4.5.3 The monitoring response time for the change of the upper tower connection status shall not exceed 1s. 4.6 Lifting and balancing monitoring function 4.6.1 The system shall have the function of monitoring the lifting and balancing status. 4.6.2 When the unbalanced torque reaches the set safety threshold during the lifting process, the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm. 4.6.3 The response time of the balancing monitoring alarm shall not exceed 1s. 4.7 Lifting height monitoring function 4.7.1 The system shall have the function of monitoring the lifting height to monitor the lifting distance of the lifting part of the tower crane in real time. 4.7.2 When the lifting height exceeds the alarm threshold set by the system, the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm. 4.7.3 The response time of the lifting height alarm shall not exceed 1s. 4.8 Lifting hydraulic system monitoring function 4.8.1 The system shall have the function of monitoring the pressure of the lifting hydraulic system to monitor the pressure of the rod chamber of the hydraulic cylinder in real time. 4.8.2 The system shall have the function of monitoring the action of the operating handle of the lifting hydraulic system to monitor the action of the hydraulic cylinder in real time. 4.9 Climbing support device status monitoring function 4.9.1 The system shall have the function of monitoring the position status of the climbing support device. 4.9.2 When the climbing support device is not accurately positioned at the climbing support position according to the requirements of the jacking operation, the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm. 4.9.3 When the climbing support device is normally disengaged from the climbing support position according to the requirements of the jacking operation, the system shall issue a voice prompt. 4.9.4 When the climbing support device is abnormally disengaged from the climbing support position not according to the requirements of the jacking operation, the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm and cut off the control circuit of the dangerous direction of the hydraulic system; the response time of the audible and visual alarm shall not be more than 0.2s, and the action response time of cutting off the tower crane jacking hydraulic system shall not be more than 0.3s. 4.9.5 When the anti-detachment mechanical structure of the climbing support device is not released according to the requirements of the jacking operation, the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm, and the response time of the audible and visual alarm shall not be more than 1s. 4.10 Climbing step-changing device status monitoring function 4.10.1 The system shall have the climbing step-changing device in place status monitoring function. 4.10.2 When the climbing step-changing device is not accurately positioned according to the requirements of the jacking operation, the system shall issue an audible and visual alarm. 4.10.3 The response time of the sound and light alarm shall not exceed 1s. 4.11 Lifting and overturning alarm function 4.11.1 The system shall have the alarm monitoring function for the overturning of the tower crane during lifting. 4.11.2 When the overturning monitoring value of the lifting part of the tower crane reaches the critical alarm threshold of the overturning set by the system, the system shall issue a sound and light alarm. 4.11.3 The response time of the sound and light alarm shall not exceed 1s. 4.12 Tower crane action interlocking function 4.12.1 The system shall have the tower crane action interlocking function. 4.12.2 During lifting, the system shall automatically cut off the corresponding lifting, amplitude change and rotation control circuits. 4.13 Wind speed monitoring function 4.13.1 The system shall have a wind speed monitoring function. 4.13.2 When the wind speed is greater than 12m/s, the system shall issue a sound and light alarm. 4.13.3 The response time of the alarm shall not exceed 1s. 4.14 Hook amplitude and boom rotation position monitoring function 4.14.1 The system shall have the function of real-time monitoring of the hook amplitude position. 4.14.2 The system shall have the function of real-time monitoring of the boom rotation angle/position. 4.15 Information display function 4.15.1 The system shall have the function of information display. 4.15.2 The displayed information shall include real-time jacking data and real-time status of the jacking process. The displayed information shall include but not limited to: jacking operator information, climbing support device status, climbing step-changing device status, climbing status, climbing distance, climbing sleeve connection status, tower upper connection status, hydraulic system pressure, hydraulic system handle action, wind speed, hook amplitude, boom rotation position, etc. 4.15.3 The display unit and minimum resolution of the main parameters shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.15.3. Table 4.15.3 Main parameters Display units and minimum resolution requirements Sensor or display content Unit Minimum resolution Stiffness meter (°) 0.05 Hydraulic system pressure MPa 0.02 Lifting height mm 1.0 Amplitude m 0.01 Rotation (°) 0.5 Wind speed m/s 0.1 4.16 Sound and light pre-alarm function 4.16.1 The system should have sound and light warning and alarm functions. 4.16.2 The sound and light signals should be clear and continuous until the alarm state is lifted. 4.16.3 Voice warning and alarm signals should use voice alarms, and the measurement at 1m away from the sound source should not be less than 75dB (A). 4.16.4 The light warning signal should be yellow, and the light alarm signal should be red, and they should be clearly visible within the field of vision of the observer (visual distance 1m). 4.17 Self-test function 4.17.1 The system should have a power-on self-test function. 4.17.2 The system should have unit self-test functions such as information collection and wireless communication during operation. 4.17.3 When the system self-checks and detects a fault, a fault reminder should be issued. 4.18 Data communication and remote transmission function 4.18.1 The system should have a data communication interface and communication function with other equipment/systems. 4.18.2 The system should have a remote transmission function, and the tower crane lifting data should be transmitted to the remote platform (server) via 4G/5G. 5 Inspection and test The system inspection and test should comply with the provisions of Table 5.
