Scope
Before curtain grouting construction in tunnel engineering, representative areas should be selected for on-site curtain grouting engineering tests.
The construction plan for curtain grouting of tunnel engineering should be compiled according to the project overview, geological conditions, and test results. The construction plan should include the following contents:
1. Project Overview.
2. Grouting process, grouting pressure, and grouting volume.
3. Grout material and quality, equipment configuration.
4. Construction organization design.
5. Schedule of construction progress.
6. Quality control measures.
Before curtain grouting construction in tunnel engineering, the following documents should be available:
1. Engineering geological and hydrogeological investigation reports.
2. Advance geological forecasting report and accompanying diagrams.
3. Design drawings and technical requirements for grouting construction.
4. Curtain grouting engineering test report;
5. Construction organization design and risk emergency plan.
The curtain grouting construction process should have complete and accurate records.
