Scope
This document stipulates the establishment requirements, service procedures, service content, service evaluation and improvement of special care areas for the elderly with cognitive impairment in nursing homes. This document is applicable to full-time institutions engaged in care services for the elderly with cognitive disabilities. Community, part-time community day care and elderly care service agencies may refer to the regulations on care services for the elderly with cognitive disabilities.
