Scope
XC spring-clamp connection prestressed concrete piles in this atlas (referred to as spring-clamp concrete piles) are prestressed concrete precast piles produced by the pre-tensioning method and spliced by spring-clamp mechanical connections. The spring-clamp concrete piles in this atlas include spring-clamp connected prestressed concrete pipe piles (referred to as spring-clamp pipe piles), spring-clamp connected prestressed concrete hollow square piles (referred to as spring-clamp hollow square piles) and spring-clamp type hollow square piles. Connecting prestressed concrete solid square piles (referred to as snap-type solid square piles). Among them, the elastic-type pipe piles and the elastic-type hollow square piles are collectively called the elastic-type hollow piles. The connection method of the upper and lower section piles of the snap-type concrete pile is simple in structure, reliable and direct in bearing force, and convenient in construction. No steel parts are exposed on the pile connection surface, and it is sealed with special epoxy resin to form a reliable, safe and anti-corrosion node, which effectively ensures the reliability and durability of the entire pile in complex underground working conditions and significantly improves the quality of the pile foundation project. This atlas includes compression-resistant piles and uplift-resistant piles, both of which use high-strength elastic clip-type connection joints.
