This standard was jointly formulated by Linyi Food Industry Association and leading enterprises such as Shandong Jinsheng Grain and Oil, filling the gap in regional peanut oil raw material procurement standards. Compared with the general requirements of GB 19641, this standard innovatively introduces the acid value grading system, which directly links the quality of peanut kernels with the grade of finished oil.
| Grade | Acid Value(mg KOH/g) | Yield(%) | Oil Content(%) | Applicable Oils |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First Grade | ≤1.0 | ≥50 | ≥50 | First Grade Peanut Oil |
| Second Grade | ≤2.0 | ≥50 | ≥40 | Second Grade Peanut Oil |
| Grade 3 | >2.0 | - | ≥40 | Crude peanut oil |
Take the inspection of a batch of peanut kernels as an example: 500g of the sample was crushed, cooked and pressed. The acid value was determined to be 1.2mg KOH/g according to GB 5009.229. Combined with indicators such as yield of 52% and oil content of 48%, it was determined to be a secondary raw material, suitable for the production of secondary peanut oil.
The innovative definition of the transport unit concept (≤50t/vehicle) in this standard not only ensures the representativeness of the test, but also meets the actual logistics needs of enterprises. Compared with the Shandong local standard DB37/T 1234, the seasonal differentiated moisture requirements have been added to better adapt to the climate characteristics of Linyi.
