Scope
This standard specifies the hygiene quality requirements, daily operation and management requirements, detection, and cleaning related to central air conditioning ventilation systems. This standard applies to the hygiene management of central air conditioning ventilation systems in the following buildings: (1) Accommodation facilities: hotels, resorts, guesthouses, hostels, inns, homestays, etc., which provide accommodation for consumers; (2) Bathing facilities: public bathhouses operating for profit, including bathing pools, bathing grounds, saunas, and foot baths with an operational area of 30 square meters or more. Excluded are shower rooms and steam rooms; (3) Hairdressing facilities: businesses where hairdressers provide services such as haircutting, styling, and hair treatment using various methods and tools for customers whose space is 30 square meters or larger. Not included are itinerant barber shops; (4) Beauty facilities: establishments offering non-invasive skin care, beauty, and makeup services based on guests' facial features and skin type with an operational area of 30 square meters or more. Excluded are body shaping, nail care, medical aesthetics, weight loss, and massage services; (5) Amusement halls: indoor entertainment venues where guests can play games and amuse themselves using game and arcade machines. Excluded are card rooms, gyms, internet cafes, playgrounds, etc.; (6) Dance halls: public entertainment venues where patrons can engage in self-entertainment activities such as singing, dancing, or performing in karaoke bars; (7) Swimming facilities: indoor water surfaces for fitness, training, competition, and leisure activities. Including indoor swimming pools and aquatics centers but excluding baby swimming facilities and inflatable or portable swimming pools; (8) Shopping malls, bookstores: large commercial establishments such as department stores, supermarkets, comprehensive or specialized shopping centers, bookstores, etc., with an operational area of 300 square meters or more. Excluded are pharmacy shops, farmer's markets, building material markets, and other professional marketplaces; (9) Waiting rooms: airport terminals, railway stations, bus stations, subway stations, passenger ports, and other transportation buildings; (10) Business buildings for public utilities and financial institutions, office buildings, and administrative offices; (11) Cultural and recreational venues such as museums, libraries, art galleries, memorial halls, science and technology centers, archives, sports stadiums, music halls, theaters, internet cafes, etc.; (12) Educational and healthcare facilities such as schools and medical institutions; (13) Other public buildings used for social activities. Relevant regulations may be applied to other related buildings.
