Scope
The concept of intelligent healthcare embodies the principles of "patient-centered," "resident-oriented," and "administrative support" in the field of public health. Through deeper intelligence, more comprehensive connectivity, and thorough sensing, it facilitates interactions between residents, medical personnel, healthcare institutions, and medical equipment. Establishing a national health system based on ubiquitous life-cycle healthcare and public health services can achieve this.
Intelligent healthcare and public health are achieved by establishing a regional medical information platform based on residents' health records and utilizing the most advanced Internet of Things (IoT) technology to integrate existing health information resources, covering the city's urban healthcare system. Information forms a highly unified network for command, emergency response, management supervision in the field of public health.
Intelligent healthcare addresses issues such as "difficulty, high cost, and long waiting times" for residents when seeking medical care. High-quality healthcare services, comprehensive health record information, and self-healthcare management throughout one's life cycle enable residents to receive treatment where they are: minor illnesses can be treated in the community; serious conditions require hospitalization; and recovery allows them to return to the community or home. This approach not only improves the quality of service and efficiency at healthcare institutions but also assists public health authorities in chronic disease management, emergency response, and routine health promotion.
To enhance the service quality and operational efficiency of administrative departments, performance evaluations should be strengthened, and regulatory measures should be intensified. Coordination with social security, pharmaceutical supervision, family planning, public security, civil affairs, and emergency services must also be accelerated.
