Scope
This document stipulates the overall requirements for environmental supervision of water conservancy and hydropower construction projects, work stages and supervision scope, work procedures, institutional setup, work content and methods, environmental supervision work requirements, environmental supervision document management, etc. This document is applicable to the environmental supervision of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects, water conservancy engineering construction, water conservancy management and other water conservancy and hydropower projects within Guangdong Province. Small water conservancy and hydropower projects shall be implemented accordingly.
