Scope
This document specifies a method for the determination of arsenic and cadmium content in nickel alloys using inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of arsenic and cadmium content in nickel alloys. The determination range (mass fraction) is 0.00005% to 0.0050%.
