Scope
Requirements 4.1 Appearance quality 4.1.1 Rewinding quality The film roll should be rolled neatly, with a smooth appearance, consistent tightness, no obvious longitudinal stripes, no obvious star-shaped wrinkles on the end face, and uneven end faces ≤2mm. The joints of the film roll should be clearly marked, the number of joints on the same roll should not exceed 1, and the length of the joint should be no less than 500 meters. 4.1.2 Appearance quality The film should not have wrinkles, slack, scratches, crystal points, mold lip lines, impurities and any defects that affect applicability, and no obvious color difference. 4.2 Dimensions and deviations 4.2.1 Length and width deviation The length deviation is a positive deviation of 0-50 meters, and the width deviation is ±2 mm. 4.2.2 Thickness and thickness deviation The thickness and deviation shall comply with the requirements in Table 1. 4.3 Physical properties The physical properties should comply with the requirements in Table 2.
