Scope
Requirements 5.1 Rewinding quality The film roll should be rolled neatly, with a smooth appearance, consistent tightness, no obvious longitudinal stripes, no obvious star-shaped wrinkles on the end face, and uneven end faces ≤5mm. 5.2 4.2 Appearance Quality Film rolls should not have defects such as dead folds, bulging ribs, mechanical damage, oil stains, etc. Foreign body spots, scratches and other defects on the film surface should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.3 Specifications and Deviations 5.3.1 Specifications The nominal thickness of the polyester base film is 15-40μm, and the length and width are determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. 5.3.2 The specifications of the deviation chip multilayer ceramic capacitor release film polyester base film comply with Table 2 and are determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. 5.4 Optical performance and physical performance Optical performance and physical performance requirements should comply with the provisions of Table 3.
