Scope
Requirements 5.1 Appearance quality 5.1.1 Rewinding quality The film roll should be rolled neatly, with a smooth appearance, consistent elasticity, no obvious longitudinal stripes, no obvious star-shaped wrinkles on the end face, and uneven end faces ≤2mm. 5.1.2 Appearance Quality Film rolls should not have dead folds, bulges, mechanical damage, oil stains, obvious cracks, wrinkles, bubbles, impurities and any defects that affect usability. 5.2 Size and deviation 5.2.1 Length and width deviation The length deviation is a positive deviation of 0~50m, and the width deviation is a positive deviation of 0~3mm. 5.2.2 Thickness and thickness deviation The thickness range is 12μm~100μm, and the thickness deviation should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.3 Physical properties The properties of polyester film should comply with the requirements in Table 2.
