Scope
This document stipulates the terms and definitions, product specifications and parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, accompanying documents, packaging, transportation, and storage for a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) high-purity nitrogen generator. This equipment is used to separate nitrogen from air at room temperature by utilizing the molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption method (PSA), followed by purification in a carbon-based purifier, with a nitrogen content of no less than 99.999% and a nitrogen production capacity of no more than 800 Nm³/h (hereinafter referred to as "high-purity nitrogen generator").
Note 1: The nitrogen production mentioned in this document refers to the gas volume at standard conditions, i.e., 0°C and an absolute pressure of 0.101325 MPa, with units in cubic meters (m³).
Note 2: Unless otherwise specified, all pressure values are gauge pressures.
