To standardize the civil aviation dangerous goods transportation market order, promote the construction of credit systems for the dangerous goods transportation industry in civil aviation, establish and improve the惩戒机制失信机制of the dangerous goods transportation industry, guide all dangerous goods transportation enterprises and professionals to operate lawfully and credibly, and promote the healthy, stable, and orderly development of the industry, the China Civil Aviation Pilots Association has, after multiple expert discussions and combining theory with practice, formulated this standard from the main links of dangerous goods transportation chains and responsibilities of relevant departments, credit management regulations and standards (including critical events of violations, scoring, reward and punishment mechanisms, etc.), credit evaluation (including determination of credit levels, etc.), and results and applications.
