| Technical dimensions | Requirements for control box | Requirements for buttons |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanical characteristics | Panel pressure bearing 300N deformation ≤1mm | Operation force 2.5-8N, life ≥3 million times |
| Electrical safety | Input voltage ≤36V (strong current requires warning) | Insulation resistance ≥100MΩ |
| Environmental adaptability | Electromagnetic compatibility Class A/B | No rust after 3 cycles of salt spray test |
The standard stipulates that the active part area of mechanical buttons is ≥280mm² (490mm² is recommended), the operating stroke is 0.3-0.6mm, and the tactile feedback force is 2.5-8N. Special scenarios such as fire elevators must meet the IPX3 waterproof level, and antibacterial materials are recommended for hospital scenarios.
The vertical spacing of buttons must be ≥10mm, and the gap between function buttons and layer selection buttons must be doubled. The exit layer button requires a raised star pattern or a 5mm raised green button, and the IC card device should be placed under the button.
Appendix B/C of the standard specifies:
1. The height of the button characters must be 15-40mm, and the Braille must comply with GB/T 15720
2. The installation height of the control box signal indicator must be ≥1600mm
3. The electromagnetic compatibility design must meet the GB/T 17626 series standards
