Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of organic fertilizers. This document applies to organic fertilizers made from livestock and poultry manure, animal and plant residues, and scraps processed from animal and plant products as raw materials, and after fermentation and decomposition. This document does not apply to green manure, farmyard manure and other organic manure accumulated and produced by farmers.
