Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

Monitoring subsystem Core technology Key indicators Applicable scenarios
Vibration monitoring Phase-sensitive fiber Rayleigh scattering Positioning accuracy ≤30m (within 50km) Anchor damage/hanging warning
Temperature monitoring Brillouin/Raman temperature measurement principle Temperature measurement range -40~120℃ Ampacity calculation
Burial depth monitoring Temperature data trend prediction algorithm Monitoring depth 5m Seabed evolution analysis

Technological evolution and standard innovation

This standard systematically integrates four types of monitoring technologies for the first time: Vibration monitoring uses phase-sensitive OTDR technology, and the positioning accuracy is 50% higher than that of traditional DAS; temperature monitoring distinguishes between Brillouin (≥10km) and Raman (<10km) principles, with a spatial resolution of 1m; and depth monitoring innovatively uses the temperature data inversion algorithm to break through the distance limitation of traditional acoustic detection.

Typical configuration scheme

  • 110kV and above AC cables: full subsystem configuration (vibration + temperature + burial depth + ship)
  • 35kV collector line △ △ √

    Implementation suggestions and precautions

    1. System integration: It is recommended to adopt a star Ethernet architecture to ensure that the data synchronization accuracy of each subsystem is ≤2s
    2. Environmental adaptability: The equipment must meet the salt spray corrosion level C5-M (GB/T 2423)
    3. Data security: It should comply with the DL/T 2202 information security specification and set three levels of operation permissions
    4. Maintenance strategy: Abnormal data shall be stored for ≥ 3 years, and positioning accuracy shall be verified regularly (at least once a year)
