Introduction

Background of Standard Formulation and Technological Evolution

This standard responds to the requirements of Document No. 58 of National Energy Comprehensive Technology (2019) and is compiled by the Electric Power Planning and Design Institute, marking the entry of digital design of power transmission and transformation projects in my country into the standardization stage. Compared with traditional two-dimensional design, the three-dimensional model coding system can improve design efficiency by more than 40% and reduce construction rework rate by 25%.
