Development Phase Equipment Design, Ground Support System Preparation Project Plan, Technical Specifications Payload Engineer
Execution Phase On-orbit Operation, Emergency Response Progress report, summary report Chief researcher

Key technical requirements

Scientific payload integration specifications

According to the integration requirements of space experiment equipment, the following must be met:

  • Interface compatibility: power requirement ≤200W, data rate ≤2Mbps
  • Safety redundancy: key systems must achieve dual-path backup
  • Mass constraint: single-piece load ≤50kg

Typical case: The microgravity fluid experiment device needs to pass the joint test of the vibration table and the thermal vacuum chamber.

Analysis of Standard Evolution

Main updates compared to the 2003 version:

  1. Added orbital sustainability assessment requirements
  2. Refine the experimental document system (add 5 types of template files)
  3. Clear the division of rights and responsibilities of commercial space participants

Implementation Recommendations

Cross-stage coordination mechanism

It is recommended to establish a three-line linkage management structure:

Technical line Hold a payload status review meeting every week
Progress line Use Gantt chart to track key nodes
Quality line Implement ISO 14300-2 Product Assurance Requirements

Note: Special attention should be paid to the standardization of the fault diagnosis interface of on-orbit maintenance equipment.
