1. Material specifications

The standard clearly stipulates:

  • The main material must be PVC resin (K value ≥66 for casing, ≥55 for accessories)
  • The use of lead-containing additives is strictly prohibited (lead content ≤0.02%)
  • It is allowed to add ≤10% homogeneous recycled materials

2. Mechanical property classification

Application case: According to the electrical load requirements of a commercial complex project, heavy-duty bushings (code 4) were used for the main lines and medium-duty bushings (code 3) were used for the branch lines, which ensured safety and optimized costs.

Select the temperature grade according to the ambient temperature:

  • Northern cold regions: give priority to -25 type or 90/-25 type
  • Concrete pouring scenario: must use 90 type
