Applicable scenarios High pressure stable working conditions Frequent bending scenarios

Detailed explanation of key technical indicators

1. Material system requirements

The standard clearly classifies lining layer materials:

  • PE material: Must reach PE80 or PE100 grade (GB/T 18475)
  • PEX material: Meets the requirements of GB/T 18992.2 cross-linked polyethylene
  • Acidic gas environment: Additional test of H2S/CO2 permeability (Appendix B) is required

2. Core performance parameters

Test items Technical requirements Test methods
Short-term hydrostatic strength 2 times NPR for 165h without leakage GB/T 6111
Short-term bursting pressure ≥3 times NPR GB/T 15560
Conductor resistance unbalance ≤3% GB/T 3048.4
Insulation resistance >500MΩ GB/T 3048.5

Key points for implementation of the standard

1. Inspection rules

Factory inspection shall include 7 major items:

  1. Appearance quality (visual inspection)
  2. Dimensional accuracy (GB/T 8806)
  3. Bursting pressure test
  4. Tensile performance verification
  5. Conductor resistance test
  6. Insulation resistance test
  7. Whole roll pressure test (1h NPR pressure)

2. Installation specifications

Key control points:

  • Bending radius: always greater than MBR (minimum bending radius)
  • Lowering speed: 5-8m/min, reduced to 1-5m/min when the suspended weight is abnormal
  • Electrical performance monitoring: test the cable insulation resistance every 500m
  • Pressure balance: fill the pipe with clean water before lowering to prevent crushing

Technical evolution background

Compared with industry specifications such as SY/T 6662.2, this standard has three major breakthroughs:

  1. Cable integration standardization: for the first time, the integration technical requirements of power cables, signal cables and auxiliary heating cables are clarified
  2. Material system expansion: New applicable specifications for high-performance polymers such as PVDF and PA
  3. Intelligent monitoring support: The integrated solution of supporting optical fiber (GB/T 9771.1) lays the foundation for digital oil fields
