Small Release Chamber System Must meet the following requirements:

Effective volume deviation ≤1%
Temperature control accuracy ±0.3℃
Background concentration TVOC ≤20μg/m³
Toluene recovery rate ≥80%

Sample processing specifications

Typical case: Floor samples need to be prepared after removing 50mm of the edges, and the edges must be sealed according to the load rate of 0.4m²/m³, and loading must be completed within 4 hours.

Implementation recommendations

GC-MSD is preferred for VOCs analysis
Temperature 23±1℃ and humidity 50±3% are recommended
The first sampling requires a series of adsorption tubes to verify the penetration rate

This standard revision responds to the requirements of international standards such as EU EN 16516, and adds mass release rate calculation and stable release determination clauses, which are more in line with the evaluation needs of green building materials.
