Introduction

GB/T 22919.9—2024 Standard Overview

This standard is Part 9 of the GB/T 22919 "Aquatic Formula Feed" series, which is specifically formulated for largemouth bass formula feed. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Feed Industry Standardization Technical Committee, and aims to standardize the product classification, technical requirements, inspection rules and production management of largemouth bass formula feed.

Product classification and scope of application

Product category Fry compound feed Fingering compound feed Adult fish compound feed
Feeding stage (applicable object weight, g/tail) ≤10 10~50 50

Interpretation of technical requirements

Processing quality indicators (Table 2)

The standard puts forward strict requirements on the mixing uniformity, powder content and stability in water of largemouth bass compound feed. For example, the coefficient of variation (CV) of blend uniformity must not exceed 7.0%, which is critical to ensuring consistent feed quality.

Physical and chemical index analysis (Table 3)

Project Fry compound feed Fingering compound feed Adult fish compound feed
Crude protein/% 44.0~55.0 42.0~54.0 40.0~53.0
Crude fat/% ≥5.0 ≥7.0 ≥9.0
Lysine/% ≥3.1 ≥3.0 ≥2.8

Hygiene indicators and safety requirements

The standard clearly states that feed products must comply with GB 13078 "Feed Hygiene Standards" to ensure that the products are non-toxic and harmless and suitable for the growth needs of largemouth bass.

Implementation suggestions

  • Raw material selection:Prioritize the use of high-quality protein sources (such as fish meal, soybean meal) and high-fat raw materials to ensure balanced nutrition.
  • Processing technology optimization:Adopt advanced processes such as puffing to improve the stability of feed in water and reduce nutrient loss.
  • Quality control:Establish a complete testing system and regularly check product indicators to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
  • Label management: Strictly follow the provisions of GB 10648 "Feed Labeling" and accurately label product information and instructions for use.
